Oranmore Precast is one of the largest Precast Concrete Manufacturers in the UK with two state of the art pre-cast manufacturing facilities located in Brandon and Loud. With over 15 years’ experience we have the capacity to offer several precast products to the UK Market.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Mobile Plant Fitter to join our Loud Site in Retford.
Key Responsibilities:
· To work as a team looking after the following mobile plant equipment onsite:
- Forklift Trucks
- Side Loaders
- Straddle Carriers
- Kalmer Shunters
· To be pro-active and ensure our mobile plant equipment is kept in good working condition.
· To be flexible and be able to respond to immediate fixes when required to ensure that we are able to meet customer expectations.
· To adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Must be able to work from 6am to 2.30 pm Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work from 8.30am to 5pm as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Must have previous Diesel Fitter Experience
- A self-starter and a team player
- Pro-active.
- Good Planning and organisational skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- You must be comfortable working in a noisy construction environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- This role can be outdoors, therefore, must be able to work in all types of weather.
- Consideration would be given to a fitter who has work in an agricultural role if you have the necessary skills and experience.
