Leah Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join our growing domiciliary care team. We are currently recruiting for evening shifts between 5pm/6pm–10pm, Monday to Friday, with weekend work available from 7am–10pm.
As a domiciliary care provider, you will be supporting people in their own homes, helping them to remain independent and comfortable.
About the role
Every client is an individual, and no two days are the same. Your duties may include:
- Providing personal care support
- Assisting with light domestic tasks
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
Who we’re looking for
- Caring, motivated, and reliable individuals
- Previous care experience is welcome, but not essential – full training provided
- Must have own transport (essential due to the nature of the role)
- Applicants should live within a 30-minute commute of Horsham, West Sussex
