Early Years Practitioner – Finchley, London, N3
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year | Up to £14.40 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery in Finchley, London N3.
We are a privately owned, family-run day nursery caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Conveniently located within walking distance of Finchley Central Station, our setting is ideal for both drivers and non-drivers. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to supporting children's learning and development within a caring, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support learning and development
- Promote children's wellbeing, safety, and development at all times
- Support the implementation of the EYFS framework
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous Nursery Practitioner experience
- Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
- Strong understanding of EYFS and child-centred practice
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
