We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and compassionate practitioner to join our Parent & Child Wellbeing Team within the East Sussex Health Visiting Service. The post holder will play a key role in delivering and developing perinatal mental health and parent–infant relationship support across East Sussex. This includes coordinating and facilitating Parent & Child Wellbeing interventions, undertaking triage and assessment of families, and providing advice and support to Health Visiting teams managing complex cases. The role involves working collaboratively with Family Hubs, Early Help services and specialist mental health teams to ensure families access the right support at the right time, while contributing to service development, training, and quality improvement. The practitioner will also line manage a team of Video Interactive Guidance Practitioners, offer supervision and guidance, promote best practice in perinatal and infant mental health, and ensure safeguarding, documentation and data collection are maintained to a high professional standard.
