Caval are recruiting on behalf of a long-standing engineering client based in Bolton, who are looking to add an experienced Coach Builder to their growing team.

The Role
As a Coach Builder, you will be responsible for the build, assembly, and repair of commercial vehicle bodies, working to high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and assembling vehicle bodies to specification
- Working with a range of materials including steel, aluminium, and GRP
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Fitting panels, floors, roofs, and structural components
- Using a variety of hand and power tools
- Carrying out repairs and modifications to existing vehicles
- Ensuring all work is completed to high quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Coach Builder / Body Builder / Vehicle Body Technician
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Experience working with fabrication tools and materials
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
