Are you a highly organized and personable individual looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a part-time Receptionist/Showroom Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and clients
Working Hours:
22.5 Hours per week
Monday - Friday 13:00 - 17:30
