ROLE PURPOSE
Our chefs support their Head Chef and Sous Chef in running a perfect kitchen. They work hard to ensure that quality of our unique dishes and speed of service is optimised at all times, and delivered in a safe way.

· Passionate about food quality, ensuring every dish is cooked and presented to spec
· Consistently drives guest service by maintaining food quality as well as speed of service, in-line with brand standards
· Deals with guest requests with a can-do attitude and resolves guest complaints quickly
· Engages with the front-of-house team to ensure that every guest leaves happy

· Has a fun and positive mind set and works well under pressure
· Is a team player and proactively supports fellow colleagues on shift
· Communicates well throughout every shift with other chefs and the management team

STANDARDS FOCUS
· Completed all training and takes accountability on shift for Food Safety and Health & Safety
· Consistently delivers on expectations through living and breathing the brand standards
· Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and takes responsibility for daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks
· Proactively ensures standards are maintained in order to gain positive audit scores.
· Carries out any reasonable task asked of them by the managers
