We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join a welcoming 3x bedded EBD children’s home in Winsford.
The home currently cares for two 16-year-old boys, both making incredible progress thanks to a child-focused team. With over 90% staff retention in the last 9 months, this is a supportive, stable environment where teamwork and professional development thrive.

- Salary up to £38,636
- £16 per hour + £65 per sleep
- 37.5 hours per week with an average of 2.2 sleeps weekly
- 2 days on 4 off rota (10am start)
- Supportive and experienced Registered Manager
- Clear pathway to Deputy Manager role

⚡ Your Responsibilities:
- Support young people with daily routines, activities and appointments
- Build strong, positive and trusting relationships
- Promote independence and essential life skills
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Lead by example, guiding and mentoring less experienced staff
⭐ We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting vulnerable children and young people (EBD experience desirable)
- QCF Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient and professional under pressure
- Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to progress
- Confident IT skills
