An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced leader to join Whittington Health Maternity Services as an Operational Improvement Manager.
This high-profile role will lead and support service improvement and transformation programmes, helping to embed a culture of continuous improvement and deliver measurable impact across the organisation and achieve the standards set out in the Maternity Incentive Scheme.
The post holder will deliver transformation and service improvement projects across Maternity Services, with a focus on the delivery of the Maternity Incentive Scheme (MIS).
The post holder will be expected to lead and manage a number of pathway redesign, efficiency, and service improvement workstreams from initial design to benefit realisation and reporting with a particular focus on processes that support the delivery of MIS. The post holder will ensure that service transformation will lead to improved patient experience and clinical outcomes, target compliance and financial balance.
The post holder will represent the Trust externally with other agencies as relevant including clinical networks and other agencies within and without the NHS.
