Pay: £30,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (day shift)
Contract: Permanent
Earning Potential (OTE)
- Basic Salary: £30,000 per year
- Overtime: Available at time-and-a-half (1.5x)
- Realistic OTE: £34,000 – £36,000 per year
Overview
We need a Driver / Yard Person with a valid Class 1 licence for a role in Avonmouth. Monday to Friday, days. You'll move vehicles between sites, collect and deliver customer vehicles, and keep the yard tidy. Mixed role – driving and yard duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver customer vehicles, present for MOT
- Road test vehicles after repairs and report back
- Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle checks
- Keep yard clean, tidy, and organised
- Park vehicles safely in designated areas
What You'll Need
- Valid Class 1 HGV licence
- Commercial driving experience
- Happy to do yard duties
