We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-established engineering business specialising in industrial boilers, components, and technical equipment. They’re looking for a bright, motivated graduate who wants to build a career within technical sales and eventually progress into a Business Development Manager position.
You do not need previous sales experience. They’re looking for personality, confidence, energy, and someone who can communicate well with customers and colleagues alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing quotations and proposals for customers
- Supporting equipment sales and processing purchase orders
- Learning about industrial boilers and engineering solutions
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Working closely with experienced sales and engineering teams
- Developing the commercial skills needed to progress into a field-based BDM role
What They’re Looking For
- A recent graduate within Engineering or a technical discipline
- Strong communication skills and a confident personality
- Someone ambitious, driven, and eager to learn
- Commercially minded with an interest in sales/business development
- Organised, professional, and proactive
- Full UK driving licence preferred
