About the Role
As a Domestic Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for maintaining outstanding standards of cleanliness and hygiene across private residences and commercial properties. A key part of the role includes carrying out thorough deep cleans — tackling the areas that regular cleaning doesn’t always reach and leaving properties looking and feeling truly fresh. You’ll be the face of our business in clients’ homes, so reliability, professionalism, and a genuine care for the quality of your work are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Performing detailed deep cleans, including inside appliances, behind furniture, grout and tile scrubbing, limescale removal, and intensive kitchen and bathroom cleans
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces to a consistently high standard
- Changing bed linens and tidying spaces as required
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Spotting and reporting any maintenance issues or damage noticed during visits
- Following each client’s preferences and special requests to deliver a personalised service
- Representing the business with a friendly, courteous, and professional manner at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience — whether domestic, commercial, deep cleaning, or in a hotel or hospitality setting — is a real advantage
- Experience carrying out deep cleans to a high standard is particularly desirable
- A dedicated, reliable individual who is committed to becoming a long-term member of our growing team
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in delivering quality work
- The ability to manage your time well and work independently
- Good people skills and a natural ability to build trust with clients
