We provide high specification student accommodation for students studying at Hereford College of Arts. Our maintenance operatives are responsible for ensuring building management compliance and the upkeep of No.1 Station Approach.
Key Tasks and Duties will involve:
- Respond to reactive jobs reported by the students
- Carry out routine maintenance, minor repairs, small works and minor redecoration
- Support statutory compliance checks, including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting, water temperatures etc
- Litter picking and basic landscaping
- Assist third party contractors in the building H&S PPM tasks
What we are looking for:
- Have experience using hand-held tools and carrying out
general maintenance and repairs
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of customers,
clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of plumbing and
electrics
- Willing to learn and use new systems

- Hourly rate above NMW (£13.25 per hour)
