Working Hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days out of 7 with some Saturday working required on a rota basis
Salary: £24,901.50 plus performance bonus

TMT First is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Operations team as a Device Testing Operative.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within the growing technology refurbishment industry, working with mobile phones and other electronic devices. You'll receive full training and have the opportunity to develop valuable technical skills in a fast-paced production environment.
This role is offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, providing successful candidates with the opportunity to secure a permanent position, subject to performance and business requirements.
About the Role
As a Device Testing Operative, you'll be responsible for inspecting, testing and processing electronic devices to ensure they meet our quality standards before moving through the refurbishment process.
Working as part of a busy Operations team, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver quality products and excellent service to our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
You don't need previous experience in device testing, as full training will be provided. However, we're looking for people who:
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Enjoy working with technology and electronic devices
- Are reliable and have a strong work ethic
- Can follow instructions and processes accurately
- Are comfortable learning new systems and software
- Work well as part of a team
- Can manage their workload in a fast-paced environment
- Take pride in producing high-quality work
Experience within manufacturing, production, warehousing, quality control, electronics, refurbishment or technical environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
