We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative / Multi Trader to join a busy team working on void properties in Sheerness, Isle of Sheppey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable Multi Trade Operative seeking ongoing work with consistent projects.
As a Multi Trade Operative / Multi Trader, you will be carrying out refurbishment works on void properties, including:

Patch plastering
-
Stud wall installation (carpentry works)
-
Internal decoration
-
General multi-trade duties on social housing voids
-
Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or Multi Trader
-
Strong carpentry and plastering skills
-
Experience working on void or refurbishment projects
-
Able to work independently and to deadlines
-
Able to read and interpret schedule of works
-
Start date: Tuesday 26th May

Pay: Competitive CIS day rate (negotiable DOE)

Duration: Ongoing work for the right Multi Trade Operative
