What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our Fire Protection team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring fire safety compliance, coordinating key project documentation, and supporting the delivery of high-quality fire protection solutions. You’ll be the go-to person keeping our compliance processes tight and our projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage contractual documentation and third-party accreditation (FIRAS & IFC)
- Track projects and programs of work, ensuring they’re on time and compliant
- Schedule appoints for our teams of operatives with social housing residents
- Raise and receipt purchase orders on our internal systems
- Manage compliance data and documentation from start to finish – surveys, certifications, O&M manuals and more
- Liaise with site teams, surveyors, and contract managers to keep everything aligned and up to date
- Update and maintain trackers, client portals, and certification folders to a high standard
- Promote Bell values and ensure adherence to company processes and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
You're an organised, proactive, and compliance-savvy individual who takes pride in their work. You can juggle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with teams and clients.
Ideally, You’ll Have:
- 1 years experience within Passive Fire Protection
- 5+ years in a similar coordination or admin role (preferably in fire protection)
- Experience with compliance and third-party accreditation systems
- Intermediate Excel skills – bonus points for Pivot Table know-how!
- A methodical and time-efficient working style
- Solid teamwork and communication skills
- A working knowledge of Building Regs, particularly Document B desirable (training can be provided)

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Experience:
- data coordination or admin: 5 years (required)
- Fire Protection: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ in Customer Care or Admin (preferred)
