Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, and skincare procedures
- Apply makeup with precision for special occasions, photo shoots, or daily wear
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of equipment and treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client queries or concerns
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product developments to offer innovative services
Skills
- Proficiency in makeup application and various beauty therapy techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain treatment options
- Fluency in English to ensure clear communication with clients and team members
- Organised with attention to detail to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
