We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join children’s residential homes .
People from Nuneaton, Atherstone, Wolverhampton, Waacross Shropshire and surrounding areas can be considered
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced leaders within children’s residential care who are looking to progress within Ofsted-regulated settings supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Deputy Managers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within children’s residential homes may also be considered for this opportunity.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (mandatory)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards) preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within children’s residential homes
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager within children’s residential care
- Experience within an Ofsted-regulated children’s home
- Strong safeguarding and leadership skills
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the home
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations
- Lead and develop staff teams
- Maintain safeguarding and care standards
- Promote positive outcomes for young people
- Support staff development and performance management

Pay: £55,000.00-£77,000.00 per year
