E-Commerce Team Member – Immediate Start
We are looking for motivated and flexible team members to join our growing e-commerce team.
The role includes working with both charity donated stock and returned / overstock products from major retailers and pallet returns. You will help charities achieve the most value from donated items while also processing returned and excess stock for resale across multiple online platforms.

About the Role:
This is a fast-paced and hands-on role working within a small team. Daily tasks include processing stock, creating online listings, handling manual stock updates, and preparing items for dispatch.
You will work with:
- Charity donated stock
- Retail returns
- Overstock products
- Pallet return stock
- Excess and clearance items
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing online listings
- Processing donated and returned stock
- Helping charities maximise value from donations
- Updating stock manually on a daily basis
- Photographing and describing products
- Preparing and packing customer orders
- Working across multiple online selling platforms
- Supporting general warehouse and stock duties
- Maintaining accurate stock records
Essential Skills:

- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Organised and proactive approach to work
- Comfortable with manual stock handling
Desirable / Non-Essential Skills:
- Experience using eBay
- Experience using Facebook Marketplace
- Knowledge of Vinted, Depop, Shopify or similar platforms
- Warehouse or stock control experience
- Product photography experience
- Order packing and dispatch experience
- Customer service experience
- Understanding of online sales and e-commerce platforms

Pay: £13.00 per hour
