Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Outskirts of Carlisle
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (for the right candidate)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Must have: Experience working with Xero Accounting Software
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team based on the outskirts of Carlisle. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Account reconciliation

Bookkeeping duties
-
Managing purchase ledgers
-
Processing invoices
-
Monitoring and managing cash flow

Supporting the wider finance team as required
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organisational and time management skills

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
