Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust Podiatry Services are seeking to employ a highly motivated individual to become part of our growing Podiatry team.
The post holder will work without direct supervision providing assistance to the professional team work streams – wound care, general podiatry including home visits, biomechanics and nail surgery. This will include delivering and modifying, where appropriate, treatment programmes within a range of settings including clinics, health centres, GP surgeries and patients’ homes.
You must possess good communication skills, self-management skills and be able to adapt to a wide range of clinical scenarios.
The post holder must have undertaken the Assistant Practitioner qualification (Foundation Degree) or equivalent as well as experience of working in an NHS setting alongside other members of the multidisciplinary team is essential.
