As our services continue to expand across Benfleet and Canvey Island, we're looking for kind, reliable, and professional Healthcare Assistants to join our growing family.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for carers who are passionate about making a difference, with the flexibility to work across our four daily shifts. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous care experience (preferred but not essential)
- Must be a driver with your own car (essential)
- A caring nature and strong communication skills
- A reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude
- The ability to work independently and within a team
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering respectful personal care with dignity
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with meal prep, medication, and household tasks
- Assisting with shopping, daily routines, and mobility needs
- Engaging clients in their hobbies and activities
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families

Available Shifts & Contracts:
We run four shifts per day:
Full-time and part-time positions available. We'll work with you to build a schedule that fits your life.
Weekend working is required — every other weekend (both days) or one day every weekend. When working weekends you will be expected to cover a minimum of 2 shifts per day. We'll work around what suits you best.
Location:
You will be working across both Benfleet and Canvey Island. You must be a driver with your own car as you will be travelling between clients across both areas.
