Local Business Development Manager – Volkswagen New Southgate
Working with world-class brands as a Local Business Development Manager, you’ll have the drive to deliver outstanding and trusted experiences for their customers. You will need to have previous B2B experience in the motor trade and must be a hunter, not a farmer. You will need to be prepared and capable of putting in the prospecting work required to build things from scratch.
On Offer
Basic Salary £25,000 OTE £45,000 plus company vehicle. Showroom-based when not out on appointments.
Hours of work: 0830-1730 Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.

The Job
You will be expected to sell 120 units in your first year, increasing this to 160 by year 2.

Develop integrated sales and after-sales solutions for the local business clients, maximising the business potential within the area of responsibility and ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service.

Prospect and develop business customers to achieve maximum business customer retention.

professionally represent the company and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Comply with the FCA regulations and maintain regulated status in the advice, sale and administration of finance and general insurance products.

Ensure compliance with Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulations when handling and processing customer personal data
