About the Role
We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Vehicle Handover Specialist to join our busy used car dealership. This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring every customer receives an outstanding vehicle collection experience.
As the final point of contact in the sales journey, you will play an important part in creating a memorable handover experience, ensuring customers are fully informed about their vehicle and leave with complete confidence in their purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage vehicle handovers to customers.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
- Explain vehicle features, controls, technology, and safety systems.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Confirm vehicles are prepared to the highest standard prior to collection.
- Liaise with sales, valeting, workshop, and administration teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Assist customers with vehicle setup, including Bluetooth, navigation, and smartphone connectivity.
- Resolve any customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Gather customer feedback and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of presentation across the handover area.
