About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a multilingual Customer Care Advisor to join a growing international wellness and lifestyle organisation.
This position will support customers across the Czech and German-speaking markets (or Czech and Polish-speaking markets), delivering outstanding customer service while building strong customer relationships and resolving a wide variety of queries.
This is primarily a remote role with just one office day per month in Cambridgeshire.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play an important role in representing the company’s values, delivering excellent service, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer queries and process incoming customer requests via phone using ticket management software
- Handle customer enquiries in line with company policies and service level agreements
- Make outbound calls where appropriate to achieve satisfactory resolutions
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Support high levels of customer retention through excellent service
- Maintain a proactive, flexible, and positive approach when handling customer interactions
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Customer Care and wider business improvements
- Maintain a strong understanding of internal processes, systems, and product portfolio
- Process customer requests accurately and efficiently

We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Fluent in spoken and written Czech & German OR Czech & Polish
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly organised with excellent IT skills
- A confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities
- Positive, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Open to continuous learning and development
Previous experience with sales processes or ordering systems would be advantageous, but is not essential.
