An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled maintenance supervisor to join our prestigious riverside hotel and spa in beautiful Cornwall NEAR FALMOUTH.

The role:
-
Plumbing.
-
Basic electrical work.
-
Carpentry and joinery.
-
Painting and decorating.
-
Pool//spa plant knowledge.
-
Grounds and external maintenance experience.
-
Fire safety checks & emergency lighting tests.
-
Legionella flushing routiness.
-
Supporting compliance testing.
-
To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
-
Using IT systems as required including the LogIt app.
-
All other duties as required.
Requirements:
-
Maintenance experience.
-
Full UK driving licence.
