Lead One of Stratford-upon-Avon’s Most Exciting Late-Night Hospitality Venues
We're looking for an ambitious, energetic and hands-on hospitality professional to take ownership of our late-night lounge, entertainment and events operation.
This is not a standard bar supervisor role.
You'll be responsible for leading busy late-night services, supporting private events and functions, managing bar operations, working alongside DJs and entertainment partners, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences throughout the evening and into the early hours.
Friday and Saturday nights are the core of this role, making it ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys the energy of nightlife, live entertainment and high-volume hospitality.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the venue throughout late-night service and closing operations
- Managing bar and floor teams during busy trading periods
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining venue atmosphere
- Supporting DJs, entertainers, promoters and event partners
- Overseeing private functions, celebrations and special events
- Handling customer concerns confidently and professionally
- Conducting pre-shift briefings and team communication
- Assisting with recruitment, training and development of staff
- Managing stock control, ordering and stocktakes
- Monitoring wastage and helping drive profitability
- Ensuring licensing, health & safety and venue compliance standards are maintained
- Supporting rota planning and labour management

Ideal Experience
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Duty Manager or Assistant Manager
- Experience in bars, cocktail venues, lounges, nightlife venues, hotels or high-volume hospitality businesses
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience leading teams during busy service periods
- Understanding of stock control and operational standards
Personal Licence Holder preferred but not essential.
