We're looking for adaptable and confident individuals to be part of our team - you'll be provided with training to get you settled in the Maki & Ramen way!
It will range from helping our floor team while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Oversee daily operations of the dining area to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Supervise and train front-of-house staff, ensuring high service standards
- Ensure guests are greeted warmly and seated promptly
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table assignments
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and resolution
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking and ordering supplies
- Work with management to develop and implement promotions or events to attract guests
Previous experience working in fast-paced restaurants highly desirable.
