Duties:
- Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify damage, wear, or safety concerns
- Provide expert technical advice and communicate effectively with customers
- Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with service reception and workshop control teams to optimise workflow
- Support fellow Vehicle Technicians by sharing technical knowledge and assisting as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out and parts used
- Stay updated with manufacturer updates and industry standards to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and repair procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work efficiently and meet targets
- Valid UK driving licence is essential; a current MOT licence is advantageous
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience working with recognised automotive brands is desirable but not mandatory
