This is a 3-month contract role with a local authority, focusing on HR partnering to embed professional standards, expected behaviors, and a positive workforce culture within Housing Services. The HR Delivery Partner is crucial in aligning people practices with organizational values and regulatory requirements, particularly the Social Housing Competence and Conduct Standard.

Act as the primary HR partner for Housing Services on matters of professional standards, workforce behavior, and people practices.

Provide practical, solution-focused HR advice aligned with policy and regulatory expectations.

Support managers in applying HR policies related to conduct, capability, performance, and supervision.

Assist in implementing and embedding the Social Housing Competence and Conduct Standard.

Promote consistent application of professional standards and expected behaviors across Housing teams.

Ensure behavior and conduct issues are managed fairly, consistently, and in line with HR policies.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Location: 25 Windsor Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 2EJ, United Kingdom.

Work pattern: Minimum 2 days per week in Observatory House.
