An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a Restaurant Assistant at our Lacock Garden Centre, to work across both our Lavender Lodge and Herb Garden restaurant.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a passion for customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential to create a friendly and welcome.
Full Time: Working 4 days during the week and alternate weekends.
Restaurant Assistant duties:
- Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
- Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
- Ensure all food stored and handled to company standards
- Clear tables quickly and help keep the restaurant clean, tidy and attractive
- Operate a till with efficiency
- Prepare and serve drinks to the specified standard, in an efficient and friendly manner
- Barista experience is preferred
- Transactions handled correctly and courteously
