- Monday to Friday, day shift
The role of Production Operative:
- Up-keeping maintenance of tools and packs
- General warehouse duties including heavy lifting
- Picking tools/products needed for orders
- Packing the completed packs and orders
- Precision-focused and meticulous task management
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
The ideal Production Operative:
- Production background with knowledge of mechanical and hand tools — required
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for recording data
- Good eye for detail and shows initiative
- Willing to learn and show flexibility
- Team player with good timekeeping
