Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be supporting a well-established and growing Sheffield-based machine shop as they continue to invest in new machinery and expand their team. Due to increased demand, we are looking to recruit four skilled CNC Millers.

The Role
You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines using Haas controls, producing high-precision components to tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting and operating CNC milling machines (Haas controls)
- Editing and adjusting programs at the machine
- Working from engineering drawings
- Inspecting components using measuring equipment
- Maintaining quality and productivity standards
- Supporting continuous improvement on the shop floor
Shift Options
Option 1: Rotating Days & Nights
- Alternating days and nights
- £37,305 OTE (includes built-in overtime)
Option 2: Permanent Nights
- Fixed night shifts (monday-thursday)
- £44,106 OTE (includes built-in overtime)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Haas control experience is essential
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Background in precision engineering or a machine shop environment

Pay: £32,485.00-£44,107.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sheffield, South Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
