Ability and knowledge of cocktail making is a MUST alongside a friendly, warm personality. The role jobs include:
Sitting our customers at their tables on arrival
Serving food and drinks (Table service)
Making drinks- including alcoholic and hot drinks ( using coffee machine & making cocktails)
Working on the till (training given)
Working on the booking system (training given)
Daily housekeeping (cleaning and tidying - preparing the restaurant floor for service) making sure everything is at its highest standards.
Working closely with the kitchen staff
Job Types: Full time - WEEKEND - Permanent
Salary: £13 + per hour
