Position Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to build brand visibility and drive ambitious business growth. This is a new position, and you will be joining a growing family business with an exciting future and great opportunities for career progression.
You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in creating, optimising, and managing B2B digital marketing campaigns that boost online conversations, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation.
Specifically, you will be responsible for developing compelling, informative, and engaging content that effectively communicates the attributes, benefits, and applications of Rhino’s safety-critical products and services to attract leads and support sales.
Content will be in various formats, such as blog posts, social posts, articles, whitepapers, videos, infographics, etc. This should be optimised for improved visibility, be consistent in tone and messaging to reinforce brand identity, and use analytics to track content performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Rhino team to produce engaging content for online and offline channels, including social media, e-mail marketing, and the website.
- Collaborate with external agencies as required. (e.g., website and branding agencies).
- Create and schedule digital marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
- Track audience engagement and secure relevant leads for our sales team.
- Create meaningful reports for the management team, linked to KPIs.
- Monitor competitors’ online activities and report regularly on these.
- Liaise with colleagues, customers, and third parties to source appropriate and relevant content, including case studies and testimonials.
- Undertake regular market and customer research to inform digital content and the business.
- Regularly ensure website content is aligned and up to date using the WordPress CRM, especially case studies and news.
- Create and manage other non-digital marketing activities with the support of the internal team/external agencies as required. E.g., brochures, exhibitions, sponsorships, newsletters, team events, and local community engagement events, etc.
- Create high impact sales materials and presentation assets, and work closely with Sales Admin Team to produce polished, customer-ready proposals.
- Boost our recruitment efforts by crafting standout job adverts and helping attract the right talent into the business.
Vital Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 2-3 years B2B marketing experience.
- Ability to create professional digital content.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, and an ability to demonstrate success in previous role/s.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Adept with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Proficient with e-mail campaigns and paid search.
- IT literate – Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Desirable Professional Expertise
- Ability to create high-quality images and videos.
- Experience in marketing safety-critical products and services to high-profile customers (e.g., manufacturers of food and industrial products) would be beneficial.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
- CIM digital marketing qualification.
- Working knowledge of WordPress.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
