Innovation Group are seeking a talented CCTV Surveyor who is experienced in conducting drainage investigations. You will be primarily based on-site at customer sites and households. Your role will involve using your expertise in CCTV Surveying to identify and solve problems at the site, ensuring efficient decision-making on the works to be carried out, preferably during the initial visit. Exceptional customer service and clear explanations to customers are vital aspects of this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct drainage investigations at customer sites and households.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and follow best working practices, adhering to the processes outlined in the Health and Safety policy.
- Perform CCTV labelling, reporting, and recording.
- Utilise CAT Scanning techniques to identify buried services.
- Utilise CAT Scanning with sonde to trace and locate the drainage system.
- Collate information obtained from the survey and submit it to report writers.
**Knowledge & Skills Required**
- Experience in Drainage and as a CCTV Surveyor.
- Proficiency in High-Pressure Water Jetting.
- Excellent standard of customer care.
- Self-motivation and the ability to use initiative.
- Strong work ethic and a flexible attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Experience in soil investigations with hydraulic equipment, desired experience in window sampling equipment.
**Desirable Certificates**
- Confined space entry.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- ISO19 CCTV Operator.
- High-Pressure Water Jetting.
**Specific Requirements**
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Fully stocked van, PPE kit, and full uniform provided.
- Comprehensive in-house and off-site training will be provided to successful candidates.
