Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to meet and exceed sales targets
- Organise and oversee merchandising activities to optimise product presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including sales reports and staff schedules
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer experiences and fostering a positive team environment

- Professional phone etiquette and organisational skills essential for effective communication with customers and team members
- Previous experience in retail management or related supervisory roles is preferred
