A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor / Fee Earner to join its busy and friendly team based in Leigh. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to take on a varied caseload while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of private client matters, providing high-quality advice and maintaining strong client relationships. The role offers a good mix of work and autonomy, alongside support from experienced colleagues where required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, and Trusts.
- Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients.
- Drafting legal documentation and handling matters from instruction through to completion.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
About You
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated Private Client professional looking to further their career within a supportive firm.
You will ideally have:
- Experience handling a Private Client caseload independently (Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner considered).
- Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.

- The ability to manage your workload effectively and meet deadlines.
