At Storia, we are looking for a Assistant Manager for our NEW OPENING, 100 cover Premium Italian Restaurant located in Newmarket, Suffolk. The site offers luxurious dining that showcases the very best modern Italian menus, made entirely on-site with fresh local ingredients. Our chefs make all our food in our kitchen; each dish is prepared from scratch, whether it’s blending our sauces, rolling arancini, whisking polenta or stirring risotto. Our fresh pizza dough is made on-site and proved for at least 24 hours for maximum flavour. Excellent customer experience and a personal touch is key to everything we do.
As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations and you will be someone who can inspire, motivate, and lead our restaurant team to achieve a consistently excellent guest experience.
You’ll need to have previous experience working as an AM or Manager in similar high volume, high-quality restaurants.
