Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Domestic Gas Engineer to join our growing team of subcontractors for a specific contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete landlord gas safety checks on 600 properties (CP12)
- Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe and health & safety regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach at all times
- Accurately complete job sheets and digital reporting
Essential Requirements
- Current Gas Safe Registration
- ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT)
- Proven experience in domestic servicing work
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Own transport, tools and equipment
Desirable
- Experience working within private housing or social housing contracts
- Knowledge of a range of boiler manufacturers
