As our services continue to grow, we are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our Wiltshire team.
The Role
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will provide hands-on operational support across our community-based services, ensuring care is delivered safely, consistently, and in line with organisational policies and CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to frontline care staff
- Conduct spot checks, observations, and quality audits to maintain high standards of care
- Support staff to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred support
- Monitor and promote compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards and company policies
- Respond proactively to operational issues and challenges within care packages
- Assist with staff development, coaching, and performance support
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
- Participate in the on-call rota as required
About You
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within Health and Social Care
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, or behaviours of concern
- Good understanding of person-centred care and positive risk management
- Working knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach to work and willingness to participate in on-call duties
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes
