Quarry Operative / Shovel Loader / Tractor Driver – Bournemouth, Dorset

What we offer:
- Competitive pay: £34,207 - £36,000 per annum (£657 - £692 per week based on 40 hours)
- Set working hours: Monday to Friday 7am–5pm, plus every other Saturday 7am–12pm (as required)

Your role and responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain quarry and processing plant equipment
- Use mobile plant, including a loading shovel, to feed the processing plant
- Perform planned maintenance and housekeeping duties on site
- Accurately operate the weighbridge
- Consistently follow and promote the company’s Health & Safety standards
- Work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in quarry extraction or a related industry
- Mobile plant qualifications (loading shovel and LGV experience preferred)
- Strong health and safety awareness
- A motivated team player with excellent communication skills
