Are you detail-driven and thrive in a structured environment? We're looking for a Processing Assistant to support key client services through efficient and accurate administrative and operational tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Process transactions and respond to queries
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Support internal teams and liaise with clients
- Identify opportunities to improve processes
What You’ll Bring
- Previous call centre experience is required
- Experience in data management and data entry
- GCSE English (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to follow procedures and solve problems effectively
