Salary - Base salary: £32,050 pa to c.£37,700 pa depending on skills and experience. In addition, we offer flexible benefits fund of 15% which is paid on top base salary and is fully pensionable, as well as a range of competitive benefits - check them out in the Benefits section on our website.

As a Property Compliance Officer at HS2 you will be responsible for supporting the Delivery Manager – Property Management with the governance and reporting of compliance within the managed property portfolio to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, security and environmental management.
About the role:
- Actively promote and embed Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work, and support and comply with all organisational initiatives, policies and procedures on EDI.
- Contribute to and support the best-in-class management of the let portfolio
- Support management of the managed property portfolio by ensuring that all property compliance is undertaken to the highest standards.
- Engagement with the property management supplier to ensure the highest levels of delivery and accuracy of reporting
- Reporting to senior HS2 Ltd colleagues and DfT members on the health and safety compliance and performance within the managed portfolio.
- Liaising with senior HS2 colleagues in other departments to understand and implement best practice.
- Working closely with the Senior Property Management Surveyors to agree management strategy for assets where compliance is difficult or expensive to achieve.
- Contribute to and support the overall programme management and performance of the managed portfolio.
- Adhere to HS2 Ltd’s Health and Safety policies.
