We are currently recruiting a Picking Operative to join the warehouse team at a growing and friendly dog food company based in Weston-super-Mare.
This role is ideal for someone reliable, hard-working, and looking for stable, long-term work with a supportive employer. You’ll play a key part in ensuring that customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently, ready for dispatch.
Duties
- Picking and packing pet food products according to order sheets.
- Ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Support shipping & receiving processes, including documentation and record keeping
Experience
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred, but not essential — full training provided
- Ability to work on your feet and handle repetitive tasks
- Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a cold environment, packing frozen products
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
This is a temporary role.
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
