Hours / Days: Days (07.45 - 17:30) Monday – Thursday
19.00 available Tuesdays and Thursdays X 1.5
Hours / Days: Days (07.45 – 16.15) Friday O/T Shift X 1.5 for 7 hours X 2 thereafter
Salary: £20.00-£21.00/Hour

In line with continued growth and investment Linell Precision Engineering seek to recruit skilled CNC machining centre operators/Turners. The candidate must have experience of Setting and operating a CNC milling machine using and Fanuc controls
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure that internal procedures and objectives are adhered to in order to meet the quality standard of the business in accordance with ISO9001 and any other product certification requirement.
· Work Alongside Manufacturing Engineers to Optimise productivity
· Write / Edit programs using Fanuc controls.
· Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
· Machining centre housekeeping, check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
· Inspect and measure First-Off, WIP and finished products to ensure compliance with requirements.
· Assisting the Engineering & Quality dept to achieve key deliverables including problem solving / Root Cause Analysis
Experience:
· Previous experience of Setting and operating a CNC milling machines/Lathes using Fanuc controls .
· Ability to interpret engineering drawings, 3D Models and customer specifications.
· A detailed understanding of FANUC CNC Controls.
