The Role
As a Shop Floor Operative, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be hands-on, working on the shop floor to ensure our bespoke shutters are prepared, finished, and packed to the highest standards.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day manufacturing and assembly operations on the shop floor.
- Carefully preparing, packing, and labeling finished shutters ready for dispatch.
- Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily quality and output targets.
