Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprentice
Location: Surbiton - KT5 8SA
Hours: 30–40 per week | Salary: National Apprenticeship Wage

What You’ll Do
- Support play-based learning and daily routines
- Help children with social and emotional development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment
- Learn to observe and assess children’s progress
- Work alongside experienced Early Years practitioners
Who We’re Looking For
- School or college leavers, career changers, or anyone with childcare experience
- Positive, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals
- Must have Maths and English GCSEs (or equivalents)
- No other qualifications required
