Jack and the team have developed our Hampshire branch and has already significantly expanded the customer base across the South Coast.
We are offering £30k – £40k basic and a sliding scale of 20% to 40% commission with no threshold or cap.
We provide Hybrid working (3 in/2 out) and market leading holidays including 4 weeks in the Summer, a week at Christmas and a week at Easter, a floating week as well as Bank Holidays (43 days in total).
We have a Resource Team to support your recruitment so you can concentrate on developing your customer relationships and increasing your earning capability.
We are also starting a referral scheme for Consultants and Resources - Once the referred candidate has completed a successful probationary period we are paying £2000 for Consultants and £1000 for Resources.
