Job description
The Benefits
- Self Employed Commission Based Role
- OTE £50k+ based on our industry leading commission rate of 17%- Earnings are realistic, regular, and within your control
- Full training provided for sales and installation of all our products
- All survey and installation equipment and branded uniform provided by us- Subsidised branded van scheme to support your business (if required)

The Role
We don’t have salespeople; we have Shutter Specialists who guide our customers in choosing the perfect shutters for their rooms. You’ll design and measure with mm precision, provide the price, and if they’re ready to order, you’ll assist with that too.
Then you’ll return and install them to the very highest standard – all with our Shutterly Fabulous level of service.
The Ideal Candidate
- Plantation shutters or blinds competence preferred but not essential. (training provided)
- Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills.
- Able to use a Windows tablet (we provide the equipment and training)
Location – On the road, covering your local and surrounding area
